You cannot imagine how much I am looking forward to “Turkey Day”. This time of year is so busy, but worth all the chaos that comes with it.
Yesterday I visited Bridget’s class for their Thanksgiving Feast. I took in green beans and I was supposed to carve the turkey. Thankfully Bridget’s teacher decided to carve the turkey at home so instead I was assigned to serve out gravy to the kiddos. It was a great time and I really enjoyed spending time with the kids.
Today is Bethany’s ninth birthday, she too has a Thanksgiving feast today that I will be attending. I am sure it too will be a great time. Happy Birthday Bethany, you make your Daddy and Mommy so proud.
Tomorrow is Turkey Day, I can’t wait to smell that bird roasting in our kitchen. Brenda always does a great job with the big holiday dinners.
Friday we are having a Whittington Fish Fry with Brenda’s Aunt and Uncle. In the fryer walleye, crappie, perch and probably a little bass. The fish we contribute is from last year since we did not have such a good year this time around. I hope we have better luck next year.
I am so thankful this year for our family, friends and of course my Savior, Jesus Christ.
Dear Boscov's,
I will never shop at any of your stores again. The hassle you gave when returning a jacket with a defective zipper was unacceptable. As I stated it was only worn for a weeks time. I was even returning it within thirty days of being purchased. You did finally give me our money back. The lack luster customer service I received will be the last that I will have to endure from you.
On a positive note, Kevin Berry the Owner/Manager of Segway of Western PA (http://www.segwaywpa.com), let me take a Segway for a little ride. This is something I've always wanted to do. Thanks Kevin, you made my day!
The fact that the camper is set up but in the garage can only mean one thing. It's getting packed up for winter. Hence the Not So Positive Post Tuesday. This time of year makes me a little sad. But we certainly used this camper a ton this year and had a blast making memories. I pray we will be blessed to be able to build on those memories next camping season. Thanks for visiting and have a blessed day.

..My Blog:
As the title states, is a blog of sorts. It serves as a journal of my life, as I am a fan and sometimes, a follower of Christ, as I attempt to be a better husband, father, brother and son, as I enjoy camping, fishing, singing and blogging, and as I share my infatuation with technology. Thanks for visiting my blog. Enjoy!
