Bethany's Birthday, originally uploaded by ninelives.1972.
Here is our celebration on Bethany's Birthday, Thanksgiving. She asked her grammy for a particular cake.
Bethany's Birthday Cake. Bethany had a slumber party.. Six of her close friends took up occupancy in our family room. We did not get much sleep, but It seems like they all had a great time.

I can't believe Bethany turned 10 today. A special day of thanks and celebration. Happy Birthday to our first born.
I am so thankful to have wonderful family and friends. I hop everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving day. I can't wait to have some turkey and all of the other stuff to go along with it.
From top to bottom. Kelsey, Corinne, Bethany, Bridget, and Alex.
It was great to spend some time with them. We are hoping to be able to go out to Denver, Colorado to visit them this coming year.
It looks like Husky has some great holiday deals over at Home Depot. Here is some information and videos of all of there under $20 dollar gift sets:
*FYI - You may be seeing a review/giveaway opportunity of a Husky tool here on my blog in the near future. Did you know that Husky Tools are guaranteed forever?
Here is a set that caught my eye:
Sunday my Sister Lisa and her boyfriend Dave had an early Thanksgiving dinner at their house. My whole family was there, including My sister, Lynette and Peter and their three kids from Colorado and My sister Laurie from Cleveland and her daughter and boyfriend Robert. Douglas, Laurie’s son was not able to make it back from California which is understandable, we missed him! Thanks for the great day, great food and great fellowship! Here is a shot of me and my oldest sister, Laurie.
Georgie had an opportunity to meet Sammy, my Mother-in-law's beagle. Georgie was okay with him as long as he understood who was the boss between the two of them.
This time of year brings out the grump in me, some of the time. Here is what that looks like:
I did say some of time.
We think Georgie has a little seperation anxiety. Where he lived before there were thee other dogs to keep him company when his owner left. He literally begs to go every with me. Of course he comes along, maybe I have a little anxiety of what I may come home too.
One of the three new tools Brenda and I bought this weekend to assist with the renovations of this old house.
Georgie is an exceptional dog. He barks very little, even at other animals. Which we are all getting used to, Romy used to bark at everything and anything. He loves all other dogs, Romy hated all other animals. He sits here in his bed and sleeps while we eat dinner at the dinner table. He is not even phased when something hits the floor. Romy learned quick to sit under the table right below Bridget and Bethany. We called Romy our little Hoover....
Sorry for the Georgie, overload. We are just very happy to have him as part of our happy family. Have blessed second part of the week...
