Last weekend we ventured out to an old favorite, Pymatuning State Park in Ohio. It was our first trip to kick off 2016's camping season, and our first adventure with our new camper. We bought a 2012 Jayco 1206 this spring and was so excited to try it out. Weather was questionable as we approached the weekend, but we were blessed with a fantastic three day weekend to help celebrate Mother's Day!!
We were a little bummed to find a couple of the sites we liked, had several of their large trees cut down. In fact, there were a bunch of trees campground wide that were cut down. The camp ground really did not look the same.
Since we last camped in Ohio, they moved their camp office and store to what was their education building. It is much bigger and really set up well!!
Here is a shot of me when Brenda declined permission for me to take a selfie with her.
Here is our "new to us" camper and mini van.
Georgie is always wanting to be right by my side at camp. Here is staring at me, giving me that "What about me, Dad?" look.
Of course, the random shots that weren't' supposed to be taken....
Thanks for checking my blog post of camping trip. My you have a blessed week and may the Pens win game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
GO PENS!!!
